Metcal is a University of Waikato web app that is used by lecturers for exercise and nutrition papers within the Faculty of Education.
Users are able to enter intake, expenditure and body composition data, Metcal can then report on recommended daily intake and provide scientific information about specific nutrients, including the effects of nutrient deficiency or excess consumption.
